The fine print, in plain words

Affiliate disclosure

Effective October 21, 2026.

Some links on this site and in my videos are paid links (affiliate links). If you click one and buy something, the store pays me a commission. Your price doesn't change.

How I mark them

• Paid links are labeled (paid link) right next to the link.
• Any post with paid links says so at the top, before you get to them.
• Videos say so out loud and in the description when they include paid links.

Free products, loans and sponsorships

• Every review says whether I bought the item, or a company sent or loaned it.
• A free product is still a connection you should know about, so it's always disclosed.
• Paid sponsorships are labeled Sponsored at the top of the post and in the video.
• Companies don't get to read, edit or approve a review before it's published.

What it doesn't change

A commission, a free product or a sponsorship never changes a rating or a verdict. I'd rather lose a sale than lose your trust.
