Privacy policy

Effective October 21, 2026. This site is run by Frogs and Daggers Works LLC ("I", "me").

Short version: this site doesn't track you, doesn't run ads or analytics, doesn't sell or share your information for advertising, and only keeps what you choose to send me.

What I collect

  • Contact form. Your name, email address, topic and message. I use them only to read and answer your message.
  • Email you send me. Same as the form: used only to reply.
  • Basic server data. Like every website, the hosting service sees technical data such as your IP address and browser type when you visit, for security and to deliver the page.

I don't collect payment details, and I don't build profiles of visitors.

Who handles it

I don't sell or rent your information. These services handle it for me, only to run the site and deliver email:

  • Cloudflare: hosts the site and runs the spam check (Turnstile) on the contact form.
  • Resend: delivers contact-form messages to my inbox.
  • Zoho Mail: my business email provider, where messages are stored.
  • YouTube: only if you press play on an embedded video (see below).

I may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Videos and links to other sites

Embedded YouTube videos don't load until you press play. Once you do, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to that video. Links to stores, including affiliate links, take you to sites with their own privacy policies and cookies. See the affiliate disclosure.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It saves your light/dark mode choice in your own browser. The spam check may use cookies or browser signals to tell people from bots.

How I respond to Do Not Track signals

This site doesn't track visitors across other websites, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to turn off. I treat every visit the same whether or not your browser sends one. I don't allow third parties to track you across sites through this site, apart from the services listed above when you use them (for example, pressing play on a YouTube video).

How long I keep it

Messages stay in my email until they're no longer needed for the conversation or for business records, then I delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete any message or information you've sent me. Email contact@frogsanddaggers.com or use the contact page, and I'll handle it.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent me information, contact me and I'll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update it on this page and change the effective date at the top.
